We need to start by saying: WOW—the level of talent in this month’s submissions was off the charts! We received so many great entries and had so many worthy winners that picking just a few was genuinely tough. And when we say tough, we mean it took hours of listening, heated debates, and more than a few friendly arguments between me and Sam. (Honestly, we’re surprised we’re still on speaking terms!)
But after much discussion—and a lot of back and forth—we’re delighted to reveal our choices for this month’s awards. Every artist who submitted deserves a huge round of applause, but we’re excited to shine a light on our standout acts for May!
🥉 3rd Place: The Fragz – “Only Frangz”
Landing in third place are The Fragz with their latest release, Only Frangz. This track has been on repeat here since it landed in our inbox—catchy, punchy, and full of personality. The Fragz keep pushing their sound in exciting new directions, and we can’t wait to hear what’s next!
🥈 2nd Place: Saint Senara – “Ophelia”
Taking second place is the phenomenal Saint Senara with Ophelia. This track absolutely blew us away. The musicianship, the atmosphere, the raw emotion—it’s all here. “Ophelia” is a stunning piece of work and a perfect showcase of Saint Senara’s ever-evolving sound. Absolutely mind-blowing.
🥇 Artist of the Month: Eliza Delf & The Wilderness – “Feast”
Now, a massive drum roll please…
Our winner and Artist of the Month (and now a contender for Artist of the Year!) is the beautiful Eliza Delf & her band The Wilderness for their breathtaking album, Feast. Every track is a journey—rich, textured, and utterly captivating. Eliza Delf’s voice, the band’s chemistry, and the sheer scope of the album left us both speechless. If you haven’t checked out Feast yet, you’re missing out on something truly special.
Huge Congrats to All Our Winners!
Thank you to everyone who submitted this month. Genuinely, you make our job incredibly hard—in the best way. We’re already looking forward to next month’s entries. Keep creating, keep inspiring, and who knows? You could be our next Artist of the Month!
Sam and I will try to keep the arguments to a minimum next time…but no promises.
